At Bloom She Is, we believe every young woman deserves a space to explore who she is, what she feels, and who she is becoming.
Through our six-week peer-to-peer group, we provide a safe, judgment-free environment where girls ages 12 and up can connect, share, and grow together.
Rooted in confidentiality, authenticity, love, belonging, and empowerment, our mission is to help young women nurture their identity, nourish their confidence, and flourish into the strong, capable young women they are meant to be.
You are seen. You are valued. You are blooming.

Week 1
Bubble Wrap for Your Heart 💖
We’re kicking things off with some heart-protecting truths and letting go of the stuff that weighs us down. This week, we’ll cover:
-
💬 Boundaries — Learning how to speak up, say no, and protect your peace (without being mean).
-
💖 Forgiveness — Not for them, but for you, so you don’t have to carry their mess.
-
🚫 Guilt & Shame — Breaking up with the lies that tell you you’re not enough.
-
You’re not too much, too sensitive, or too anything. You’re learning to stand strong in who you are—and that’s powerful.

Week 3
Strong Lines & Soft Hearts 💪
This week is all about knowing your strength—emotionally and physically. We’re diving into what healthy relationships really look like, how to spot red flags, and how to stand your ground (with your words and your body).
Get ready for:
-
💬 Real talk on healthy friendships & relationships
-
🚦 Learning how to set physical boundaries that feel safe and strong

You have the right to take up space, speak up, and protect your peace—and we’re going to show you how.

Week 2
Messy Feels & Magic Mirrors 🪞💫
This week, we’re digging into all the feels—because self-care isn’t just bubble baths and candles (though, yes please!). It’s also about understanding your emotions and knowing deep down that you’re worthy of love—exactly as you are.
Here’s what we’re unpacking:
-
💗 You Are Lovable — No need to earn it or prove it. You’re already enough.
-
😵💫 Emotions — What they are, why we have them, and how to deal without feeling like you’re on a rollercoaster.
-
🧘♀️ Self-Care that Actually Cares — Taking care of you, inside and out.
Big feelings? Big hearts? Totally welcome here.

Week 4
Becoming the You-est You 🌟🪩
It’s our final week together, and it’s all about owning everything we’ve discovered. You’ve grown, stretched, laughed, maybe cried (just a little)—and now it’s time to step boldly into the world as the full, beautiful version of you.
This week, we’ll:
-
🌟 Celebrate what makes you uniquely you
-
💬 Talk about how to carry confidence into everyday life
-
🌱 Embrace change as a part of growth (not a sign you’re off track)
-
🌈 Let go of the pressure to be perfect and just be
You’re not a work in progress—you’re a whole, ever-evolving masterpiece. And the best part? You get to keep becoming, long after this week is over.

About Us
Three women. Three stories. One mission.
Though we come from different backgrounds and have faced different challenges, our lives have all been touched by sexual abuse and unhealthy relationships in some way. We know the impact. We’ve lived the struggle. And now, we’re here to help change the story for the next generation.
Our mission is to empower young women as they step into adulthood—helping them recognize what healthy relationships look like, equipping them to prevent and heal from abuse, and ensuring they never have to walk this journey alone. Because every young woman deserves to step into her future with strength, confidence, and the knowledge that she is
worthy of real love and respect.
