Welcome to
We are so glad you’re here! Whether you’re joining us for a group, volunteering, or just staying connected — you belong here. Please take a few moments to fill out this form so we can serve you well. About Bloom She Is At Bloom She Is, we believe every young woman deserves a space to discover who she is, express what she feels, and grow into the woman she is becoming. We are a community rooted in authenticity, love, and belonging — creating a safe and judgment-free environment where girls can feel seen, heard, and valued. Through our peer-to-peer small group program, girls ages 12 and up are invited into a space where they can connect, share, and grow together. We focus on nurturing identity, building confidence, and equipping young women to step into adulthood with strength and purpose. Our Purpose Our purpose is simple: To walk alongside young women as they navigate life’s challenges, empowering them to bloom into who they were created to be. We provide: • Safe spaces to connect and share • Honest conversations about identity, emotions, and relationships • Tools to recognize healthy and unhealthy patterns • Support for healing from abuse and trauma • Encouragement to build confidence, resilience, and hope We are committed to ensuring that no young woman has to walk this journey alone. Our Story Three women. Three stories. One mission. Bloom She Is was born from the heart of Cindy Gonzalez, with Holly Murray and Dorothy Strouhal by her side, bringing laughter, strength, and sisterhood to every step of the journey. Though we come from different backgrounds, our stories are woven together by one purpose — to remind young women that healing is possible and that they never have to walk alone. Together, we’ve lived the hard parts, but we’ve also discovered the beauty of community and the power of blooming side by side. Now, it’s our joy to walk alongside the next generation — creating a space where young women can discover their worth, build healthy relationships, and step boldly into a future filled with hope, strength, and belonging.
